Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the associate will be responsible for processing incoming requests, keeping customer inventory clean and ready for use, and ensuring the inventory system is always up to date.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer inventory
Prepare, pack and ship orders
Receive, unpack, verify return to inventory
Clean and test equipment upon return
Perform minor repairs
Keep department clean
Prepare packing slips and shipping labels
Report damaged inventory
Make local deliveries and installations with "white glove" service
Other related duties may be assigned such as:

Set up and tear down for local events and installations
General assistance in the wood shop and set-up area when required

Skills

3-5 years experience in a similar or related position
Previous experience in the contractor supply, retail hardware or trades industry is preferred.
Basic computer skills including the use of Outlook, Excel and Word.
Knowledge of hardware and applications
Good communication and problem solving skills with a positive attitude.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Bilingual, French and English, a plus
