In-kiosk Experience & Benefits for Visitors

We strive to provide a virtual experience as close as possible to the real-life experience. On top of this, we are able to elevate the engagement by providing aspects of interactivity that were not available through physical spaces. Visitors can move around the virtual space by pointing and clicking. They can also interact with you, the exhibitor, through video calls or chat features. Clicking on documents & pamphlets will allow the visitor to download your marketing materials. Watching videos, scheduling meetings, live Q&A are all features built into the virtual exhibit solution that will help you engage your audience in a way that you had not been able to before. Once the visitor leaves the virtual space, they can choose to be emailed all documents, videos, and materials that they interacted with in the exhibit. A transcript of all conversations with the exhibitors can also be provided to make sure that nothing is forgotten.

Exhibitor Experience & Data

As an exhibitor, you will be able to engage and interact with all visitors. You will have access to a detailed analytics dashboard showing you how your visitors engaged with your product and brand. You will also collect the visitors email, name, company info and any other information you seek anytime a new visitor enters the exhibit.  While you can exhibit for a set period of time like a regular trade show or event, you can also choose to run your virtual exhibit 24/7 365 days a year as it is hosted online and can  be connected to your company website to maximize the user engagement.
